Call Your Governor to Build Broadband Better

Hundreds of millions of dollars in broadband infrastructure subsidies are coming to states from the Federal government, which means lots of work for CWA members. We need to make sure that this public investment is accountable to state oversight, so that providers deliver on their promises and we get one step closer to achieving reliable broadband access for all.

Governors and state legislatures have massive control over how these subsidies are used in their states. They must give state regulators the authority to exercise oversight for broadband and VoIP services.

Call your Governors and ask them to update our laws to get to our goal of universal, high-quality, and affordable internet access.
