The Virginia Legislature is holding a special session to decide how to fund projects, including broadband internet buildout, using money that has been made available to our state through the American Rescue Plan.

Too often, companies accept government funding then try to boost their profits by hiring unqualified, out of state subcontractors. We can't let that happen - Virginians need reliable high speed, affordable broadband to work, learn, access healthcare, and run their businesses.
